Fidor Bank
Fidor Bank is a German online bank established in 2009, and it expanded into the UK market in 2015.
In the UK, Fidor Bank offers two main personal banking products: the ‘Smart Current Account’ and savings bonds with terms ranging from 3 to 36 months.
In July 2016, Fidor Bank was acquired by France’s Groupe BPCE for an undisclosed amount. However, as of September 2016, the bank continued to operate under its own brand.
